Delivery Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.
Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery, please notify INDAHOUSE of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.

Delivery includes only delivery inside your home. The installation if needed will be agreed additionally with the delivery. Installation includes unpacking and inspection of each item, assembling and placing it in your room of choice. Please note that we do not unpack appliances, and certain other restrictions may apply. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you closely inspect your item(s) before our professionals leave your home.

Our delivery and installing  professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment. To facilitate delivery, please clear the space where furniture will be placed prior to installation.

An authorized individual must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept your items, sign the delivery receipt and to make the last 25% payment.

In the event of any imperfection noted at the time of delivery or installation, INDAHOUSE will replace the item or schedule a furniture medic or service technician to repair the issue at no charge to you.
